Shipping - Is It Always Free?

If you're at a UK Mainland address and your order is over £75 before VAT, then yes.

We pay to ship our goods just like any other company, though we offer free shipping on orders over £75 because there is a significant administration saving on web-based orders, so we pass this saving on to you.

Orders that fall under £75 incur a small fee to cover the administration of a low value order.

Deliveries to Northern Ireland, the Republic of Ireland and the Channel Islands are all subject to a shipping surcharge due to an increased levy by our courier - this is something we cannot avoid, and unfortunately have to pass on to the customer.

We recommend that Non-UK Mainland customers make larger orders to make the cost of the shipping more palatable.

If you are based in a country outside the UK and Ireland that we can fulfil orders to, you need to contact us for a quotation, stating the items you are interested in.

Shipping Details:

On receipt of payment, we will ship your order within 2 working days.

Tracking your Parcel:
When your goods are despatched by our team, Parcelforce will send an email with tracking details to the email attached to your TDR account. If you have questions about the tracking you can contact either us or Parcelforce.

Saturday Delivery:
Mainland UK orders are shipped with Parcelforce insured 48 hour delivery, this is working days and does not include Saturdays and Sundays. Saturday delivery is possible, but the surcharge is £15 so we do not offer it.

Out of Stock Items:
If an item is out of stock, you will not be able to order that item. You should ask us when it will be back in stock if you are in urgent need of the item.

Non-UK Mainland:
Please note that we are only able to offer free delivery to mainland UK (England, Wales and Scotland). Other regions incur a fuel surcharge, which unfortunately we have no option but to pass on. Please contact us for a shipping quote for your order.

About Us

We are the UK distributors of the range of Azuradisc disc repair machines.

Our machines remove scratches and other damage from CDs, DVDs and Game discs, returning each one to pristine, as new condition.

Perfect Play was acquired by Total Disc Repair in 2011 and retains its individuality from the TDR brand, though all sales and support for the Auradisc machines and consumables are dealt with by the Total Disc Repair team.

You can find out more about Total Disc Repair on the UK website totaldiscrepair.co.uk.
